Upon Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be escorted to the change area, where you will be provided with a luxurious robe, towel, and locker for your personal belongings. For all of our treatments, you must complete a confidential case history form as it is important for the therapist to ensure that your are given the appropriate treatment.

Spa Guidelines
Please arrive at least 30 minutes (maximum 60 minutes) prior to your first treatment of the day. This early arrival will allow you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms on your first visit to our Spa, as well as allow you to enjoy the amenities that we offer. To add to the enjoyment of your day and to help others enjoy their Spa Day as well, please turn off all cellular phones and pagers when you enter the spa. Please do not consume alcohol 2 hours prior to your treatment. Smoking is prohibited through out the facility.

Price / Return Policy
All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to change without notice. Unopened products within 10 days of the purchase that are in perfect condition can be returned. After 10 days there will be a 25% restocking fee and the balance will be given as a credit note. CurAge will be responsible only for the products causing allergies.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that without 24hr cacellation notice, full charges will be applied.
